AnimeFEST 2006 [31 Aug 2006|04:01pm] Geared up and ready to go even though I didn't get any of my cosplays done at all. I'm gonna try the frontless binding tomorrow for a test run. Then on Saturday I'm gonna dress in whatever I feel like and on Sunday I'm gonna get Rachel to put the henna on me and I'm gonna attempt the gender switch cosplay that I didn't get to do at A-Kon. I'll be getting internet when I sign in and pay for it so that Rachel and Sakata don't have to worry about it and post con reports each night and post pictures as well. I'm gonna get to see Greg again and all my really wonderful friends that I haven't seen for two months basically. I got all that I needed to get and I'm ready to go. I keep on hearing Ready, Steady, Go in my head and I'm totally geared for this con. *is thinking positive thoughts* I'll post pictures soon everyone and con reports. 1 comment|post comment

Cosplay # 1 for AnimeFEST [19 Jul 2006|08:57am] [ mood | 4th edit ] Just to let you all know I'll probably be starting up on the shirt that I'm going to use for my mage outfit on Thursday. Mom surged the fabric this morning and tossed it into to wash and I tossed it into the dryer. Pics will probably be up of some of the fabric and the pattern. General Manga collection [14 Sep 2005|04:45pm] [ mood | sore ] [ music | Undo - Cool Joke - Hagane no Renkinjitsushi ] This is the entry that will show pictures of my regular manga series. In here will be everything other than my CLAMP collection, Kazuya Minekura collection and eventually my Hiromu Arakawa collection, Maki Murakami collection and Moriyama Daisuke collection. Hiromu Arakawa-Hagane no Renkinjitsushi. Maki Murakami-Gravitation, Gamerz Heaven and anything else of hers' that I can get my hands on. Daisuke Moriyama-Chrono Crusade and anything else that he's done because his art style rocks. I eventually hope to have all of the DVDs, manga and as much merchandise as I can get my hands on for each series. Will post pictures as soon as I can find my digital camera. Art book,, doujinshi and print collection [09 Sep 2005|11:58am] [ mood | thirsty ] [ music | Mellissa-Porno Graffiti-Hagane No Renkinjitsushi ] The name of the entry is fairly evident. I'll post all pictures of my art book collection and my non Saiyuki doujinshi in this entry since I'm putting all of my Saiyuki related stuff and anything by Kazuya Minekura in an entry since it's probably going to get so big. I'm also going to put pictures of all prints and commissions that I get at conventions and things drawn for me. This entry will be open as well. I'm just using this as holder space for the moment since I don't have an updated picture of my CLAMP collection. I'll have the CLAMP no Kiseki's that I own be the first set of pictures and then the art books, then the manga, and then anime and regular merchandise like keychains, pins, plushies, and figurines if I ever get them up.
